Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking, product instructions and storage requirements for airport pavement de-icing and anti-icing fluids. This standard applies to liquid airport pavement de-icing and anti-icing products, but does not apply to aircraft de-icing and anti-icing products.
