This regulation is formulated in order to unify the technical requirements for bonding and repair of concrete components, structures or buildings in port projects, and to ensure convenient construction, reliable quality, and economical reasonableness. This procedure is applicable to the repair of defects, crack grouting, anti-seepage plugging and external bonded steel reinforcement in port engineering concrete components, structures or buildings. Navigation and shipbuilding shipyard projects may be implemented as a reference.
