This regulation is formulated in order to promote the application of fly ash filling technology in port projects, correctly and reasonably implement the national technical and economic policies, achieve advanced technology, economic reasonableness, safety and applicability, and ensure project quality. This procedure is applicable to low-calcium fly ash (wet ash and humidity-controlled ash) for filling yards behind docks, roads, building foundation treatment and building backfilling projects, port land greening and other fly ash with similar structures. Backfilling projects can be used as a reference.
