- In order to improve the technical level of geotextile application in water transportation project construction and ensure the quality of the project, these regulations are specially formulated. This procedure is applicable to the design, construction and quality inspection of geotextile filter layers, geotextile reinforced cushions, vertical reinforced soil bank walls, mold bag concrete slope protection and geotextile bag filling embankments in water transportation projects.
