This standard specifies the calculation method, related terminology and correction coefficient values for the comprehensive fuel consumption value of the seaport ship fuel supply industry. This standard applies to the calculation of unit fuel consumption of production ships in the seaport ship fuel supply industry, excluding the calculation of unit fuel consumption of oil depots and non-production ships.
