Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, environmental conditions, test methods and data processing for testing ship (team) rapidity, rotation and braking tests using theodolite. This standard is applicable to the rapidity, turning and braking tests of inland river ships (fleet) with design speeds below 30km/h. Coastal small and medium-sized ships can refer to it.
