- This standard stipulates the energy-saving technical requirements for newly built and purchased ocean and inland water transport ships. It is also the basis for measuring the technical level of energy consumption of purchased old ships. This standard is applicable to marine transportation diesel engine ships, transport cargo ships, oil tankers, container ships, passenger and cargo ships, etc. It is applicable to inland river civil diesel engine transportation ships with a total main engine power of more than 500kW, including passenger ships, passenger and cargo ships, push (tug) ships, oil tankers, Cargo ships etc. Other inland water transport ships can be used as a reference in conjunction with technical and economic demonstrations.
