FOREWORD The API Model Forms of Unit Agreement and Unit Operating Agreement for Statutory Unionization are designed for use in states where so-called field wide' units may be established by order of the appropriate regulatory agency purpose of increasing the ultimate recovery of color gas. At the time these model forms were being prepared twenty-eight states had statutes for this purpose.
