Industrial communities are an important carrier for promoting high-quality industrial development and an important part of urban renewal. As a regional economic and social activity space that combines production and operation elements and social service functions, and deeply integrates industrial ecology and community life service scenarios, industrial communities have complex construction and management requirements. In order to standardize the construction and management of industrial communities, the group standard "Industrial Community Construction and Management Guidelines" came into being. This standard is proposed and implemented by the Urban Renewal Working Committee of the China Federation of Cities and Commerce, and is under the centralized management of the China Federation of Urban Commercial Network Construction and Management.
