Scope

This standard specifies the principles of primary screening for abnormal spinal curvature in children and adolescents and the inspection method without using instruments. This standard is applicable to the primary screening for abnormal spinal curvature during the health examination of primary and secondary school students, and also applicable to health monitoring. Health checkups for young children and youth can be used as reference.
