- This part specifies the geometric accuracy inspection, CNC axis positioning accuracy inspection and processing inspection of general-purpose electric fusion blast cylindrical processing machine tools with reference to GB/T 17421.1-1998 and GB/T 17421.2-2000; this part also stipulates the corresponding inspection requirements for the above inspections tolerance value. This section applies to electrofusion welding cylindrical processing machine tools with a maximum workpiece diameter of 200mm to 1600mm. This section only involves the inspection of machine tool accuracy, and is not suitable for inspection of machine tool operation tests (vibration, abnormal noise, crawling of parts, etc.) or its parameters (such as speed, volume, etc.). These inspections should usually be performed before accuracy inspection. This part also specifies the terminology used for the main components of the machine tool and names the coordinate axes.
