- Scope
- This standard specifies the coating requirements and inspection methods for protective organic or organic-inorganic composite coatings that resist high-temperature oxidative corrosion on the surface of steel substrates in the temperature range of 80°C to 400°C. This standard is applicable to high-temperature oxidation protective coatings on steel surfaces of machinery and equipment. This standard does not apply to products whose matrix deforms at the service temperature.
