- JB/T 50183-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 033-89 "Energy Consumption Classification of Continuous Resistance Furnaces for Transmission, Vibration Bottom, Push and Drum Heat Treatment". This standard stipulates the energy consumption levels of continuous resistance furnaces for conveyor type, bottom shaking type, push type, and drum type heat treatment. This standard applies to continuous resistance furnaces and units for heat treatment of metal parts in industrial enterprises. Continuous resistance furnaces for heat treatment of conveyor type, bottom-shaking type, push type, drum type (including drum furnace) are divided into first-class, second-class and third-class according to comparable unit consumption. Those whose comparable unit consumption does not reach the third-class index are classified as out-of-class. This standard was first published on March 30, 1989.
