- JB/T 50182-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 032-89 "Energy Consumption Classification of Box-type Multipurpose Heat Treatment Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of box-type multi-purpose heat treatment furnaces. This standard is applicable to box-type multi-purpose heat treatment furnaces used by industrial enterprises that can complete carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching and other processes. Box-type multi-purpose heat treatment furnaces are divided into first-class, second-class and third-class according to comparable unit consumption. Those whose comparable unit consumption does not reach the third-class index are classified as out-of-class. This standard was first published on March 30, 1989.
