- This standard specifies the requirements and inspection methods for geometric accuracy inspection and working accuracy inspection of bearing inner ring groove superfinishing machines and bearing outer ring groove superfinishing machines. This standard is suitable for four-station, two-step super-finishing machines that process the maximum bore diameter of the bearing inner ring from 25 to 100 mm and the maximum outer diameter of the bearing outer ring from 40 to 125 mm. Other types of super precision machines can be used as a reference.
