- JB/T 50178-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 028-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Vacuum Impregnation Process of Power Capacitors". This standard specifies the energy consumption level of the vacuum impregnation process of power capacitors. This standard applies to five series of products: high-voltage shunt capacitors, low-voltage shunt capacitors, power capacitors, circuit breaker capacitors (i.e., voltage equalizing capacitors), and coupling capacitors. The vacuum impregnation process is divided into first-class, second-class and third-class according to the average energy consumption per kilometer of qualified products. Those who fail to meet the third-class indicators are classified as out-of-class. This standard was first published on November 13, 1988.
