JB/T 50166-1999 This standard is a revision of ZB J01 016-88 "Energy Consumption Classification of Induction Aluminum Furnaces". This standard specifies the energy consumption levels of induction melting aluminum furnaces for machinery industry enterprises. Induction aluminum melting furnaces are divided into three types according to their power frequency and furnace structure: medium frequency induction aluminum melting furnace, power frequency coreless induction aluminum melting furnace and power frequency cored induction aluminum melting furnace. Each type of induction melting aluminum furnace is divided into first-class, second-class and third-class according to the unit consumption of its furnace base. If the unit consumption of the furnace base does not reach the third-class index, it will be classified as out-of-class. This standard was first published on March 5, 1988.
