Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, inspection methods and inspection rules for internal combustion engine air filter paper elements, as well as marking, packaging, transportation and storage. This standard applies to paper filter elements for internal combustion engine air filters with a volume flow rate of less than 4000m^(3)/h. Other dry filter elements (such as non-woven filter elements, etc.) can also be implemented by reference.
