- This standard specifies the modal test analysis and vibration measurement methods and evaluation criteria for the stator core and stator frame of large two-pole turbine generators. This standard applies to motor units with rated power of 50MW and above. This standard is applicable to the modal test analysis of the stator core and frame and the measurement and evaluation of vibration when turbine generators are undergoing type testing in the manufacturing plant. This standard is applicable to the measurement and evaluation of vibration of turbine generator cores and frames operating under rated operating conditions.
