Scope

This standard specifies the calculation method for the steam heating system of cargo oil tanks of oil tankers. This standard is applicable to the comprehensive calculation of heating when the ship is carrying different types of oil and the calculation of the steam heating system of the fuel oil tank for the design and operation of new oil tanker steam heating devices.
