- This standard specifies the materials and technical requirements involved in the hand lay-up molding process of marine glass fiber reinforced plastic products, the selection of mold materials and types, the preparation of resin matrix, molding methods, quality requirements, etc. This standard applies to all hand lay-up room temperature curing glass fiber reinforced plastic products, except for ship hulls, which use glass fiber and its products as reinforcing materials and unsaturated polyester resin and epoxy resin as matrix materials.
