Scope

This standard specifies the minimum requirements for artificial lighting illumination in offshore cabins and main working spaces, as well as the minimum requirements for emergency lighting illumination for safety considerations and illumination measurement methods. This standard applies to offshore fixed platforms, offshore mobile platforms and floating production storage devices.
