Scope
This part of DB31/T 329 stipulates the requirements for the design and construction, review, inspection, acceptance and maintenance of the safety technology prevention system of Shanghai military industrial units. This section applies to the security technology prevention system of military industrial units within the administrative region of Shanghai. Military industrial units' institutions in Shanghai shall implement this part. The reconstruction and expansion of the security technology prevention system of established military industrial units shall be carried out in accordance with this part. The safety technology prevention systems of units involved in the development, production, and testing of national major technical equipment and units involved in national safety management shall be implemented with reference to this part. The security technology prevention system of units with Level 1 or Level 2 confidentiality qualifications for the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment shall be implemented in accordance with this Part. The security technology protection systems of important parts of the military industry of units with Level 3 security qualifications for the scientific research and production of weapons and equipment shall be implemented with reference to this Part.
