Scope: This procedure is applicable to non-stop chemical cleaning and hot pre-filming of circulating cooling water systems of petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy (cleaning or cleaning circulation system), electric power, light industry, textile and other industrial enterprises and large and medium-sized central air-conditioning units; it is also applicable to Start-up cleaning and hot pre-filming of the circulating cooling water system after new construction or overhaul. The content of hot pre-filming in this regulation also applies to situations where hot pre-filming is used for protective treatment after a low pH accident occurs in the circulating cooling water system.
