Scope: This standard specifies the verification of the overall accuracy of analog stereo mappers, analytical side plotters and correctors of various levels of accuracy. This standard applies to newly manufactured, in-use and maintained stereo mappers and analytical mappers, as well as machine-assisted or analytical mappers with corresponding levels of accuracy modified from analog mappers and three-dimensional coordinate measuring instruments. The accuracy verification of the whole machine is suitable for the accuracy verification of various types of corrective instruments and core machines. Instruments imported from abroad with corresponding levels of accuracy can also be calibrated for complete machine accuracy with reference to this standard.
