Scope

This regulation applies to the floors of the following environmental projects. Various places where electrostatically sensitive components are produced, used, stored and transported. Clean rooms required for product production in electronics, medicine, chemical and other industries. A permanent anti-static place with special functions such as fire resistance, wear resistance, and impact resistance is required.
