Scope

This specification is applicable to the new construction, expansion, and reconstruction projects of flat-panel solar photovoltaic power supplies used for ground communications. The design of other types of solar photovoltaic power supplies can be implemented with reference. Contents not specified in this specification shall be implemented in accordance with relevant national standards and specifications.
