Scope
The building water-repellent powder referred to in this regulation is a composite white powdery waterproof material composed of fatty acid calcium and calcium hydroxide in a specific structure. This regulation is applicable to newly built or renovated reinforced concrete roof waterproofing projects with a slope less than or equal to 1:10.
