This rule applies to the cooling water system when the heat exchange efficiency of the water cooling equipment decreases due to scale, rust, biofouling and other water quality obstacles, affecting the production output and quality. When the production equipment is in normal operation, the cooling water system must be chemically inspected. Cleaning and pre-filming are especially suitable for cleaning cooling water systems that have been running for a long time and cannot be shut down for maintenance to remove obstacles such as scale, rust, and biological fouling. It can improve or basically restore the heat transfer efficiency of heat exchange equipment; it is also suitable for chemical cleaning of cooling water systems after new construction or major overhauls, and for chemical cleaning and pre-filming of large and medium-sized central air conditioners without stopping the system. Pre-film treatment is also suitable for film replenishment after the cooling water system is lower than the pH accident.
