Scope: These regulations stipulate the tasks, responsibilities, and contents of aircraft manufacturing process technology work, and are used to guide the technical organization and management of the process system of aircraft factories (including companies, the same below). The factory can prepare its own process and technical work details in accordance with these regulations. This regulation is formulated on the basis of summarizing the common experience of aircraft factories. It is suitable for the manufacturing process and technical work of self-designed, physical surveying, imitation and modified design aircraft (including unmanned aircraft and target drones). This regulation does not apply to outsourcing tasks.
