This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic provisions and geocoding rules for geocoding in urban municipal comprehensive supervision information systems. This standard is applicable to the geocoding of management components and events in the urban municipal comprehensive supervision information system within the urban built-up area, that is, the use of standardized location description language to accurately locate management components and events. Other urban management applications can be implemented with reference to this standard.
