- Scope
- This standard specifies a method for collecting pulverized coal samples at multiple points in the circular pulverized coal pipe of the direct-blown pulverizing system of a thermal power plant. Through the analysis of collected pulverized coal samples, the mass distribution of pulverized coal entering each burner and the fineness of pulverized coal can be determined, and the performance of the coal mill can be diagnosed. This standard is applicable to pulverized coal sampling on circular vertical pulverized coal pipelines that meet the following conditions: a) The largest pulverized coal particle size is less than 1/3 of the sampling head diameter, for example, less than 1.5mm, so that the collected samples are representative , and avoid clogging the sampling gun. b) The inner diameter of the pulverized coal circular pipe at the sampling point is 150mm~800mm. c) The air-to-coal ratio in the pulverized coal pipeline is within the usual range of direct blowing pulverizing systems.
