Scope

This procedure is applicable to the design, construction, acceptance and operation and maintenance of insulated steam pipelines with working pressure less than or equal to 1.6MPa, temperature less than or equal to 350°C, and directly buried underground. Not suitable for directly buried steam pipes with vacuum insulation structures.
