Scope
This specification applies to the preparation, construction and acceptance of the following pipelines in thermal power plants and heating networks: (1) Main steam pipelines and corresponding reheat steam pipelines and main water supply pipelines of subcritical thermal power generating units of 600MW and below; (2) ) General steam and water pipelines, heating network pipelines and compressed air pipelines within the scope of thermal power plants; (3) Temporary pipelines for construction. This specification does not apply to: (1) Cast iron pipes; (2) Reinforced concrete pipes; (3) Non-ferrous metal pipes (titanium, copper, etc.); (4) Non-metal pipes (plastic, etc.); (5) Non-metal lined pipes ; (6) Composite metal pipes. The special construction and acceptance of the following types of pipelines, in addition to complying with the technical requirements of this specification, should also be carried out in accordance with the relevant professional chapters of the technical specifications for power construction and acceptance: (1) Various types of pipelines within the scope of the steam turbine and generator body ; (2) Various types of pipelines within the scope of the boiler body, as well as pipelines for smoke, wind, coal, fuel oil, gas and ash removal systems; (3) Various types of pipelines for oil pipelines and water treatment; (4) Hydrogen production and supply Various types of pipelines in the hydrogen system; (5) Thermal instrumentation pipelines; (6) Oxygen and acetylene pipelines. The construction and acceptance work of pipelines for imported thermal power generating units shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of this specification, except for those otherwise specified in the construction contract. The power plant pipeline installation project should be undertaken by a professional team with the necessary technical strength, detection means and management level. The construction of power plant pipelines should be carried out in accordance with basic construction procedures, and construction can only be carried out when the following conditions are met: (1) The design and other technical data are complete, and the construction drawings have been reviewed; (2) The construction organization design and construction plan of the power plant pipeline project have been prepared and Approval; (3) Technical briefing and necessary technical training and assessment have been completed; (4) The labor force, materials, machinery and testing methods are basically complete; (5) The construction environment meets the requirements; (6) Construction water, electricity, gas, etc. are all in good condition Can meet construction needs. The manufacturing quality and selection of pipes, pipe fittings and pipe accessories should comply with current national or industry (or professional) technical standards. The storage of various types of pipes, pipe fittings and pipeline accessories should be carried out in accordance with the current SDJ68 "Maintenance and Storage Regulations for Thermal Power Equipment in Electric Power Infrastructure" and corresponding supplementary regulations. All types of pipelines should be constructed in accordance with the design drawings. If the design needs to be modified or substitute materials used, the design unit must be informed and handled in accordance with relevant systems. In addition to complying with the relevant provisions of this specification, the cutting and welding work in pipeline construction should also comply with the corresponding provisions of the current DL5007 "Technical Specifications for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance (Welding of Thermal Power Plants)". The insulation and painting of pipelines should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of SDJ 245 "Technical Specifications for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance (Boiler Units)". The painting of pipelines should be carried out in accordance with the provisions of DL 5011 "Technical Specifications for Electric Power Construction and Acceptance (Steam Turbine Units)". The safety, environment and fire prevention of power plant pipeline construction should be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of the current DL5009.1 "Safety Work Procedures for Electric Power Construction (Thermal Power Plant Part)".
