- This standard specifies the test conditions and test methods for transportation packaging and stacking of geological instrument products (hereinafter referred to as products). This standard is applicable to the transportation and packaging stacking test of all types of geological instrument products with a single unit weighing less than 100kg (gross weight including packaging). The purpose is to check the ability of the complete package to withstand the static pressure of cargo stacking during transportation and storage and its impact on the products in the package.
