Scope

This protocol stipulates the frame format, data encoding and transmission rules for data transmission between each controlled user terminal of the power load control system and the main control station or local control machine (referred to as the controlled station). This protocol applies to communications between radio load control systems, distribution line carrier load control systems, and local control machines of power load control centers and audio load control systems. This protocol applies to point-to-point, multi-point collinear and 1-point-to-multipoint networks. The main control station performs master-slave question and answer communication with each terminal.
