Scope
Automatic low-frequency load shedding devices are system protections that prevent frequency collapse in power systems. In order to strengthen the management of automatic low-frequency load shedding, achieve safe and stable operation of the power system, and ensure uninterrupted power supply to important users, this regulation is formulated. The management of automatic low-frequency load shedding shall be governed by the principles of unified leadership and hierarchical management. Each network bureau and provincial bureau shall designate a leader in charge of production to be responsible for the automatic low-frequency load shedding work of the network and the province. The Network Bureau and the Provincial Bureau are respectively responsible for the setting, operation and technical management of the entire network and the provincial automatic low-frequency load shedding scheme; the Electric Power Bureau (Power Supply Bureau) is responsible for the implementation of the automatic low-frequency load shedding scheme in the region and the daily operation management and regular inspection of the equipment. and valuation changes. Automatic low-frequency load shedding involves power users from all walks of life and different departments. The Electric Power Bureau (Power Supply Bureau) should strengthen the management of automatic low-frequency load shedding for power users to ensure the safety of the power grid. The planning, design, capital construction, production and operation departments of the power system, power users and grid-connected power plants should all comply with this regulation. When implementing this regulation, each network bureau and provincial bureau can formulate specific implementation rules based on the situation of this system.
