Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the thermal performance and resistance performance of the water spray filler of the laboratory cooling tower, the resistance performance and water drift rate of the water eliminator, and the hydraulic performance of the splash device. This standard applies to water spray fillers, water eliminators, and splash devices used in wet counterflow cooling towers and wet crossflow cooling towers.
