Scope

This standard specifies the guidelines to be followed in preparing emergency plans and corresponding emergency execution procedures for nuclear power plant operating organizations. It also provides requirements and recommendations on the format and content of emergency plans and execution procedures. This standard applies to various land-based fixed nuclear power plants, and other nuclear facilities can refer to it for implementation.
