This standard is replaced by DBS50/ 022-2021 Local Food Safety Standard for Hot Pot Base. DBS50/ 022-2014 Local Standard for Food Safety This standard for hot pot bases replaces DB50/105-2006. This standard for hot pot bases is applicable to pre-cooked hot pot bases made from edible animal oil and/or edible vegetable oil, spices, edible salt, etc. through pretreatment, cooking, packaging and other processes.
