- This standard specifies the requirements for technical design, instrument preparation (including gravimeter adjustment and performance testing), field work, data collection, accuracy evaluation and results submission for large-scale gravity surveys. This standard is applicable to large-scale gravity exploration work for the purposes of mineral survey, detailed survey, delineation of rock masses (layers), research on geological structures, cave exploration and other special detection.
