- This standard specifies the counting and sampling inspection rules for the purpose of controlling and accepting the safety and quality performance of portable fire extinguishers (hereinafter referred to as fire extinguishers). This standard is applicable to the product quality inspection department's acceptance inspection of the stable and continuous production of fire extinguisher batches after the production is finalized, and when the batches are shipped or put into storage; it is applicable to the inspection of the stability of the production process and the inspection of the stability of the production process during final inspection of the product. Periodic inspections to verify whether the specified stability continues to be maintained after finalization.
