Scope

This part stipulates the quality and safety requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, labels, packaging and transportation of pollution-free Jiangshan white mushrooms. This section applies to the quality and safety requirements for packaged commercial fresh mushrooms, but does not apply to the quality and safety requirements for naked commercial mushrooms.
