- This standard specifies the specimens, test equipment, test procedures, data processing and expression methods for measuring the stress-strain curve and full stress-strain curve of metallic materials. This standard is applicable to the determination of tensile stress-strain curves and full stress-strain curves of metallic materials at room temperature and high temperature.
