- This guideline systematically explains the main requirements of the civil aviation product production license review procedure and the quality assurance system review outline (hereinafter referred to as the outline), and serves as a guiding document for certification work. This guideline is applicable to units applying for production licenses for civil aviation products, and also to the quality assurance system analysis review (QASAR) work of aviation industry enterprises.
