Scope

This standard specifies the design requirements for mechanical connections of aircraft composite structures. This standard is applicable to the mechanical connection of various reinforced fiber/lipid-based composite structures of aircraft and the mechanical connection of metal and composite structures; the mechanical connection of similar composite structures on helicopters can be used as a reference.
