- Scope
- This Regulation stipulates special requirements for technical work on civil aircraft. The general requirements for civil aircraft technology work shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of HB/Z99.1-85 "Guidelines for Aircraft Manufacturing Technology Working Conditions for Aircraft Manufacturing Technology". This regulation applies to the process and technology work of self-designed, surveying and modified civil aircraft (aircraft developed and produced in cooperation with foreign countries or airworthiness certificates issued by foreign countries shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the contract).
