- This standard specifies the general requirements for inspecting deformed high-temperature alloy discs and discs using ultrasonic pulse reflection technology, including the inspected parts, inspection equipment, personnel, inspection procedures and acceptance quality levels, etc. For different machine types, different materials or processes, corresponding inspection procedures should be prepared on this basis. This standard is applicable to the manufacture of deformed high-temperature alloy discs and discs used in aeroengine turbine discs.
