Scope

This standard specifies the general technical requirements for the manufacturing process of hand-laid, low-pressure molded glass fiber reinforced plastic (hereinafter referred to as FRP) aviation parts. This standard is applicable to hand-laid, low-pressure molded (forming pressure not greater than 1 MPa) FRP parts for aviation. The manufacturing and quality control of non-aerospace parts can also be implemented by reference.
