Scope

This standard specifies the type, size and technical requirements for spiral wound gaskets for steel pipe flanges (European system). This standard is applicable to spiral wound gaskets for steel pipe flanges with nominal pressure PN of 1.6MPa (16bar) to 16.0MPa (160bar) specified in HG 20592.
